Shipping policy

The Social Edit currently ships within the United States. Available shipping options and the final shipping charge for your order are shown at checkout.

Shipping rates

Our current paid shipping options are Standard shipping at $8 and Express shipping at $15, when available for your order. If your order qualifies for free Standard shipping, that option will appear at checkout.

Order processing and delivery

Orders are prepared for shipment after payment is confirmed. Processing time is separate from carrier transit time. Any delivery estimates provided at checkout are estimates, not guarantees. Selecting Express shipping does not eliminate order processing time. Carrier delays, holidays, weather, and other circumstances may affect delivery.

Shipping addresses

Please verify your shipping address before placing your order. If you need to correct an address, email thecanyonsocial@gmail.com as soon as possible with your order number. We cannot guarantee address changes once an order has been shipped.

Delayed, missing, or damaged shipments

If your order is delayed, appears to be missing, or arrives damaged or incorrect, email thecanyonsocial@gmail.com with your order number and details. For damaged items, include photos of the item and packaging when possible. We will help investigate and resolve the issue.

Exchanges

We offer exchanges only for change-of-mind purchases, with requests made within 14 days of delivery, subject to our exchange policy. Customers are responsible for shipping costs associated with change-of-mind exchanges. Original shipping charges are not refundable except where required by law. This policy does not limit any rights or remedies required by applicable law.
